Come and enjoy a great breakfast and listen to Ems Hancock share about her life and faith. Here is a little bit about Ems …. Having four children under the age of 12 keeps Ems and her husband, Jon more than busy! She is an author and speaker with a heart to see people released to be who God made them.
Come along on Saturday 17th June at 8.30am at Thundersley Congregational Church – tickets are £8.00
Ems writes a Blog (emshancock.com) that sums up her unique and often humorous take on daily life. She is also the author of a number of books – the latest of which is “The Habit Breaker” which in part, tells the story of her freedom from an eating disorder.
Ems is part of Ivy Manchester, a thriving and dynamic church community. She and Jon are part of a core team who have recently began a new Ivy church plant in Partington.
Ems runs a Listening Centre in a local secondary school with pupils who are going through mental, behavioural or physical problems. She is currently also writing an album for families who have lost a child, sibling, or parent.
Ems’ diverse passions include cake making, jazz singing and collecting keys. She’ll make you laugh. She might make you cry. She’ll remind you of the Father who made you.
Tickets are £8.00, book online or in the church office
